Then start a new game and select the club. As they have no debt, the board will give you a fair amount of money for transfers, ranging from 25 mil for avoiding relegation to about 45 mil for winning the Prem.
Use this money and try to build a solid enough squad to stay in the Prem, as well as hire staff.
I went for mid-table finish, got 40 mil and bought a squad of about 19 players. Hope injuries stay away!
