I decided to do an AC Milan story because I consider it a challenge in FM 2015. A fallen giant of European football. Honestly it was strange for me because I am a huge fan of Juve for almost 20 years now and I can't stand them, but it's only a game and I think I could be fun.

I hope you all will be following this.

Just about 2 weeks after he was installed, Pippo Inzaghi presented his resignation today. It was a shock decision for everybody at Milan and in Italy.

Pippo: I don't think much can be done now at Milan with this squad. The board does not want to invest in new players and don't want to get involved and not be able to achieve results. It is best for everybody that I leave now! I wish them all the best and hope they achieve the best results.
Adriano Galliani will now be looking for a new manager and the press has already expressed some possible ones:

Cesare Prandelli:

Andrea Mandorlini: http://www.siciliainformazioni.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/mandorlini.jpg

Patrick Kluivert: http://theeagleonline.com.ng/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/Patrick-Kluivert.jpg

Adriano Galliani: The new manager will one with the rossonero spirit in his heart, one who knows what Milan means and who has a plan which applies to our strategy for the future.
AC Milan presented today the new manager!

It was a very happy day for all AC Milan supporters as they saw legend Paolo Maldini becoming the new manager.

Paolo Maldini:

I'm very happy I came back to this huge club. I want to take it where it belongs, the best in Italy and in Europe. It's going to be a hard challenge and a lot of hard work but this is who I am.

My ideas apply with the clubs strategy and this makes me very confident about the future. I want to make a young team at Milan, with players that do not earn tons of money.

My first this that I will do:

1. Renegotiate contract with players and lower the wage budget. Players that do not want this are welcomed to find other clubs.
2. Bring in some young talents
3. Promote some youth players

This is my philosophy, it matches the clubs ideas and it's a starting point for something great.

5000 fans came at Milanello to welcome Maldini at his first training session and the atmosphere was electric. Paolo signed autographs and spoke with the fans for 2 hours.
Paolo Maldini took off the suit and wore his training outfit for the first time as manager.

It was a relaxed session, Maldini took time to talk to every player for a couple of minutes. The atmosphere was a good one and Paolo said after it: I wanted to talk to every player to see what they want for the future. I have some ideas about everyone and you will see some changes in the coming weeks.

AC Milan director, Franco Baressi, was seen leaving the airport in Buenos Aires today. A reporter managed to catch him and he asked what is he doing in Argentina and for what player did he come.

Baressi: What player, can't a man go on vacation in a city? It's not all about the business, it has to pleasure as well.

Just hours after that interview, AC Milan announced the first transfer. It was a surprise for everybody because it was a player leaving and not coming.

Nigel de Jong posted a photo on Facebook from Paris and said:

Arrivederci Milan, Bienvenue Paris!

The transfer was made official by both clubs with a transfer fee of 7 mil euro.

Paolo Maldini was contacted by a local radio station and said: He did not match our future ideas, very high earner and not such a young player. We will fill his position in the next days, that is all I can tell you.
Try working a little bit on the layout, look at some other stories and see how they do. Otherwise a good start, good luck! :)
