FM Genie 15 can not find football manager

i am using mac 10.6.8 snow leopard running fm2015 version 15.2.1. I wine bottle fm genie scout every year. this year when i click and load up genie scout i get this error message "football manager is not found. please, make sure you are using football manager 2015 15.0.1 and higher. if you're sure and the problem persists, try to run fm genie scout with administrator rights"

things i have done -

i have changed the directory within genie so it looks for the correct folders when locating the load file. i have done this by going to options and then changing the folders.

i have run with administrator rights

i have uninstalled and re-installed genie

i have deleted custom data files and tried with brand new fm2015 original files

nothing is working and im pulling my hair out, pleaseeeeeee help!!!

seriously?? not one person has had this problem and found a solution?

also if anyone knows of a way i can use a scout tool without using genie15 please let me know.

I am unable to use macassistant as it requires 10.7 + so thats out of the window.
