staium pics and player pics

I have a brand new laptop. After downloading all icons,kits, badges etc which are all working fin.
IO placed the player pics where the instructions said to do? also the stadium pics. I have moved around from folder to folder but still nothing? anyone know what im doing wrong or can tell me how to fix it
