You see that first photo? Yup, you better believe it that's me, in the prime of my career, an 'International Superstar' as the media called it. I was a star and I was famous what else could I ask for. My downfall, well that's a new story, that started in 1998 I was out and about and stopped by a restaurant and had a few drinks, I told myself just one more and that one turned into another three each time I said it. I stumbled out late at night to be confronted by a fan who asked for a photo, I then called a cab and that's all I remember. The next morning BOOM! Glen walks in with this morning's paper and goes of his rocker he shouts at me saying "WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU GETTING DRUNK BEFORE FUCKING GAME DAY YOU IDIOT, PACK YOU'RE SHIT UP YOUR GOING HOME YOU WASTE" And with that i found myself on a plane back to England. As I sat on the plane I broke into tears thinking of what I had done, I ha let everyone down on game day of The World Cup Final. After 10 minutes of crying I turned to rage and with that I ordered a triple vodka and Coke and that's when I knew Booze was the solution to everything. By the time I hit Manchester Airport I had drank enough alcohol to piss up a full town, and what a surprise the media was waiting... I took a deep breathe, Burped rather loudly letting all the particles leave my body and walked towards the flashing camera's this wasn't going to end well. Paul! Paul! they shouted "Why have you been sent back" they said and in all honesty I was too pissed to answer them and with that I hit the cab and went home.

From that moment when I walked through that front door and got a drink, I knew my career was ending and I didn't care all i could think about was the booze.

17 Years Later...

Now you see that second picture well that's me now....And would you look at the state of me. In that photo I had just been arrested for Drunk and Disorderly behavior.. not for the first time. The Judge recommended Rehabilitation or 'Rehab' as its more commonly known and she was right I needed it. So I sit here now writing this entry and what i'm going to do about my problem and i'll tell you. I need an activity to keep me busy, away from the house and away from the booze and whats the only answer??... Of course Football. From here out I vow to give up the booze... cold turkey and I will become one of the greatest Football Managers around.... Or so I thought...
Nice start, especially WARNING part :) Keep it up!
