Vitesse tactical style re-create

Hello!I would like to re-create Vitesse tactical style.Their formation is 4-3-3.But I don't know how to determined their roles and duties.Therefore I uploaded picture which show their average position(left in blue).Would you help me?

Personally, I would try using your AMCR and AMCL as Shadow Strikers with the instruction 'run wide with ball' turned on. Looks a little crowded in midfield, in my opinion. Also, I think you should try and use either a DLP or an AP somewhere in your midfield. I find having too many players with the same role/instruction never works for me.
