For the military kits, I'd need 3 for 10 nations (Army, Navy, Air Force) as well as a Special Forces all-star team that choose players from the 3 teams for each of the nations.

The 10 nations would be the most influential footballing nations on the game at the start.

The teams would have a kit similar to this;
