Hello,
I have a few questions regarding the condition of players in FM15.
They are below, it would be nice if some of you answered them based on your experience and knowlwdge in FM.

Q: Whats the lowest player condition you start your player with? (In %)

Q: Is it possible to maintain your starting eleven ~ to have 100% condition before the majority of the matches? If so, how?

Q: Do you give rest days to the whole starting 11 ? To improve rest, improve their condition and reduce jadeness?

Q: If you focus on resting a particular player to avoid "burning" him out, how long of a rest period do you give them?

Q: In a scenario when a player is complaining about his schedule being too heavy/hard, do you immediately lower it? Or what do you do?

Q: Under what circumstances have players developed and performed better - when their training was on a heavy schedule medium or light?

Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance! :)
Lowest 80% but only if that's the only option. I try not to dip below 85-90%

Fitness training

After matches

1 game depending on the time between games. If the gap is not so big, 2 games. 1 off the team, the next on the bench.

it depends on how he really is progressing in training. If he's progressing well I keep it the same but if stats aren't budging or going down, tell him to improve and lower the intensity.

I usually have my players on a heavy individual training and high team training. The odd one or two get unhappy but not too many. I usually only give individual training to the players I feel are worth while (I.e. Younger players with potential and first team players with potential)
That system seems to work fine for me, I haven't tried any other. I usually stick to what i know

Q: Whats the lowest player condition you start your player with? (In %)
A: I prefer to start players with a minimum of 92% condition, but I don't care much for player fitness if I'm struggling on options for players to start in a particular position or another.

Q: Is it possible to maintain your starting eleven ~ to have 100% condition before the majority of the matches? If so, how?
A: Well, you could keep training intensity to a minimum and allow players to rest both before and after a game and have them all on minimum training. Realistically, it would be very hard to have a full starting eleven with perfect condition.

Q: Do you give rest days to the whole starting 11 ? To improve rest, improve their condition and reduce jadeness?
A: Honestly, I rarely get a jaded player. If a player is jaded, I've not shown much care for his condition and well-being, which is something I tend to always keep an eye on. If a player is jaded, it's due to you not caring much for his condition previously and it's a just punishment.

Q: If you focus on resting a particular player to avoid "burning" him out, how long of a rest period do you give them?
A: It depends on how bad the player's condition is. If, for some reason or another, you have a player in need of rest, I'd rest him for 3+ days. Realistically, one day rest does not cut it.

Q: In a scenario when a player is complaining about his schedule being too heavy/hard, do you immediately lower it? Or what do you do?
A: Yes, I do lower it immediately. You want to keep player morale at a high and every little helps.

Q: Under what circumstances have players developed and performed better - when their training was on a heavy schedule medium or light?
A: I only use Medium intensity training, so I can only say Medium.
