"Loading GUI Data" problem

Hey,
Recently i donated to Eugene to get the G version of scout. Unfortunetly i have a big issue. I doesn't work I can't open it. Sometimes it opens but usually it doesn't. I have to use the normal version. Even the uninstallation doesn'r help. Can someone help me? I'm a bit concerned about that

Well it sucks that there's nobody who can help me. It was the last time i "contributed". The scout doesn't load. There's nothing i can do. Only the free version works, and no one here to help. Thanks a lot

Could you please be more specific? What do you mean by "doesn't open"? It's not starting, or doesn't load a game, or you get some error? What OS do you use?
