Hello Everyone ! I'm back with my ''starter'' transfers update !

This update contains almost 2,000 changes from the end of datalock and transfer windows in most countries!

Patch works ONLY with 15.3 version !

I'm aware that not everything is done so feel free to suggest or report a missing data

the updates will be twice a month, probably often if it's possible
