my spurs squad are complaining about the lack of displine at the club but i cant see why??
were 2nd in the preimership and no one been misbehaving etc etc
nothing obvious anyway but more players are complaining
any suggestions?
warn everyone and take 2 weeks wages off them. that will tell them whos the boss.
but seriously i dont know, maybe you have been too soft in certain parts and players have been given too much freedom or something.

The same thing was happening with me with my Liverpool squad, Im so far Unbeaten in like 15 Games I believe in the Premiership and they were saying that ' Lack of Disipline ' Crap, I fined Gerrard 1 Weeks Wages, He Publicly Apologized and It hasn't happened Since.
I had this in the Championship with Newcastle being top of the league all season pretty much and then getting promoted, it eventually went away with out me doing anything out of the ordinary =)
I'd check that the Disipline levels of your Staff and maybe hire some more with higher levels.
