Stadiums to have all four stands named and instead of having the stadium named after you or a club legend, a stand is named after you/club legend.

designing or make suggestions to the board for change kits 4 next season? also it would be good if the manager can spend earned money during his career, like as an investment in the club's shares or in the percentage of players?
A womens league so I can make a team of brunette d cups

I have already asked Miles about this, and he said that it won't happen, since it wouldn't be too popular, and it wouldn't be worth it for SI to make a new game, or even a patch with a womens league, unfortunately.
- Clubs should be interested in loaning my wonderkid who is a 'good player for most (insert top division) sides. Especially when he's available for free.

- It would be nice if there were more specialist regens. Like free kick, corner kick and penalty takers or someone with amazing leadership qualities. I barely come across any of those.

- The option to choose my own affiliate to actually work. I don't ever bother to try anymore.

- The AI to have a better transfer policy. They should be more willing to sell their backup players for a realistic fee. And make better transfers themselves. After 10+ seasons the game isn't challenging anymore to me. teams like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern, Chelsea etc. drop in quality after every season.

- Let penalties be taken by the player I selected for it. Not my fullback who happens to be on 2 goals.

- Sponsorships to significantly increase after bringing a club up from the 4th division to the CL.

- Less comebacks and games with high scores.

- More influence in youth intake. 1) Be able to see more youth teams (u16, u14 etc) It would be great to know what I can expect to come out of the academy in the coming years. Just basic personal information and potential rating would be great. 2) If all conditions for the youth intake are great, please don't let my best one be 2 star. This is the only thing in FM that truely upsets me.

BTW. Love playing FM 15. After fixing the save time issues I enjoy it more than any other game.
Youth Academy : I'd like to be able to plan and develop the future of my team and be able to speak with these young players like we can talk with staffpeople when another club try to lure them. I'd like to develop a long term commitment. It would also be great if we could open football school all over the world as a a way to enhance our recruiting knowledge.

Rivalry / Friendship : It would be great if we could have more options from this regard, since it could help designing a team (anomosity with the star player would damage the team for instance), change a player's mind on retirement, wages expectations and such, or let you have your "very own staff" that you would bring with you from club to club.

Regional knowledge : Staffpeople have knowledge in one or more countries. It would be nice if we could be able to develop our own, either by coaching from country to country, or by travelling either for scouting purpose or for supervizing matches.

Merchandising : We have very little impact on merchandizing. It would be nice to be able to develop our own business network, and definitely better than having a club's affiliate for merchandizing purpose. It would also be more realistic to be able to determine the price of the seats for the games, chose the price of the merchandizing, of the beverages and so on.

Comunication : Seems like FM has missed something. We anr no longer in a time when we talked to newspapers. Today clubs have a social network (Facebook, Twitter and such), they have their very own website and online business (from online shops to profitable partnerships with banks and other companies), they develop their relationship with supporters (supporter's day, supporter's youth school, and so on). Managers like Arsène Wenger may also be a pundit (which also help developping football knowledge). I'd also like to be able to develop a club very own TV (from web TV to a private TV channel)

Job opportunities : It would be nice if we could have an agent in charge of our interest. We could have him prospect for opportunities where we want, instead of relying on luck.

Roles : It would be nice if we could take on different roles. For instance, when we don't manage a team, we could accept opportunities as director of football, head of youth development or recruiter fot instance. This job evolution is somewhat like Gerard Houiller did, from a managerial bench to a leather chair at Red Bull, or Bobby chartlon's role at Man Utd.

Ownership : As a manager, we're always dependent on an owner's will. Is would be nice to be able to take on our own club and lead it to the top (of course, owning kind of Real Madrid, PSG or Man Utd would be nearly impossible., but owning clubs like Rouen, Exeter and so many little clubs would be a great experience). Such ownership feature could even let us create football groups like Red bull or Man City. David Beckham has such an opportunity in Miami, Abedi Pelé presides Nania, Fabien Barthez is with Luzenac.

Sponsorship: It would give more realism to be able to develop our team's sponsopships. Being able to sell part of the stadium to sponsor A or B, being able to develop your partnership with local or national TV, being able to chose your shirt sponsorship or even maker would be a nice feature.

Stadium : it would be nice to have an influence on the stadium. Should we have a media area,, should we have it covered, should we have a floor heating, should we have an underground pool or stage to maximize revenues? This would greatly enhance the immersion.

Dynasties : With unlockables, we can have a child of our own (why not more?). It would be a nice feature to be able to coach our player or staff's children as it deepens immersion and commitment. David Trezeguet is Jorge's son, Jordan and Andre Ayew are Abedi Pelé's sons, Luca and Enzo are Zinedine Zidane's, Thibault Giresse is Alain Giresse's, even Beckham has a son playing football. It's more immersive, particularly when you have a game over many years. It can even be motivating to bring the son to the top, particularly when he's the son of your "best friend".

I would like for a few things

Now that Fifa Manager is no longer a game, there are lots of things that can be learnt and implemented to make the ULTIMATE football game.

I would like you to be able to put your Stadium/ Country forward to host Competitions/ Finals

I would also like to be able to play teams in other other countries, like on a tour. E.g. Roma vs Liverpool in USA

Also choosing where you host your national and club u21 games. e.g. Tottenham u21s play at White Hart Lane for big games.

Better Fluidity between u21s to Main team. Uefa U21 competition in Israel, 4 of Norway's U21 players came late after playing for the main side.
Generally FM15 is a disappointment. Not as much as 13 and 14, but still a disappointment. Every year we haeve the same discussion and nothing really changes. The problem with FM15 is that what rarely happens in real football, often happens on FM. Unrealistic shots, too many disallowed goals (maybe two or three in a game), players complain to often for no reason, no correct names on German, Japanese clubs, national teams and players. Training is pointless. The game is released on November and is unplayable before March update. Every year the same things. SI dont seem to care to improve the game. SI sell us the same game with the only real change the transfer updates. The last three years FM became boring and honestly i ll find it difficult to convince my self to buy FM16.
there is only one thing that frustrates me about fm and that is the lack of highlights that it shows so how do you expect to get a result? ive been playing since fm 12 and its been the same every single year and i get so frustrated.
I think in fm16 players should be able to have press conferences after matches just like in real life so then you can see your players opinions on the match you just played.

I also think transfer negotiations and contract negotiations should be improved. It will be good if you could talk to players before offering a contract to persuade them to join you or to sign a new deal.

I only want one thing, To be able to make transfers in the A-League like they do in real life
I'd prefer a better challenge mode because at the moment, it is seriously difficult to keep your team up as you start on a 20 game losing streak. There also isn't really enough challenges as no one is making any at all which is disappointing. Other than that, all I'd like is increased use of social media and technology within the game.
Well what i want improved since i play alot online with my friends is to fix the damn crashes we get :(

also maybe make the game a bit faster is possible.. and like 1 of the guy said about fifa manager.
.
bring some of that stuff over to fm like applying ur stadium to charity or finals w/e..

Its impossible to sell high valued players also they are asking for alot of wages...

You should be able to choose ur own sponsers since its very important to have good economy now...

since we the managers get wage too we should be able to use it somehow otherwise i'd say get rid of it completly so we have more money to spend on players..

increase the chances to get a sick regen since the current top players are getting old and we need new players
I think that an sky sports style weekly show based on your opened leagues would greatly improve the game.
