Wrong Names

İ have genie scout 15g edition. Names can not be read. Messi is Ldrrh Khnmdk and finishing 6, crossing 1, dribbling 6 but current ability 194. How can i fix? Sorry for poor english

There's a problem with your key file. You have either changed or formatted your computer, and as a result your unique id is different now. You need to email Eugene about this and pass him your new unique id. He will provide a new key file for you.

If I use the genie scout in two different computer system (one in my office, one in home) then this error could happen in one of them? If so, it means I should receive one more key file with different ID?
