I download FM Scout FM 2015 Version 15.2.3
Since the players no longer have the right positions.
Is this normal?
I already cleared twice fmscout and reinsalling ...

This makes no sense. Re-installing the program won't fix such problem. I've already explained to you mkscdr why this is happening to you.
