After his delightfull aventure with Costa Rica at World Cup knocking out giants like England, Uruguay, Italy, the 38 year old manager has finally set new goals and wants to be the head coach of a club instead for a national team.

We managed to get some excluse information that Paulo César also known as the ex-Manchester City striker revelead for us that we are able to share with you, such as his goals and specifically what he wants to do when he is hired by one of the clubs we told you.

''I'm ready to take the next step, coaching Costa Rica and taking them far in the World Cup was a wonderfull experience, I hope to repeat such an amazing ride now with another club. I have offers to look at and I will see what best fits me and is the best for my career and my great future, hopefully.

When asked what were his goals and what would he bring to the club once he got hired, he wasn't afraid to share his goals and how his team will play according to his tactics.

''I think it's early to talk about my club's future with me, I haven't been hired yet. However, I will bet on the youth of the club and spend less and sell for alot. Kinda like FC Porto, Red Star, Ajax and Athletic Club.and I do enjoy Barcelona football, so you probably know what tactics I will try to 'implant' in the team.
