Finished second with Roma in my 1st season, dominated games but biggest problem was goals, Totti and Destro just not up to it.
Going into my second season and need a quality striker, have 20 million to spend..any suggestions?????
Paulo Dybala, Mauro Icardi, Alvaro Morata, Manolo Gabbiadini, Facundo Ferreyra, maybe Sergio Diaz & Brayan Rovira have developed enough to compete in top flight? idk, scout for players under age of 24 with finishing above 16

Totti absolutely DOMINATED for me. 29 goals in all competitions, 18 in Serie A with 11 assists. He had 11 goals by November! He won Italian Player of the Year and was in the team of the season. I stuck him as a deep-lying support striker or a false 9. He was top 3 in minutes played too. Played completely out of his mind. I left Destro on loan and just sold him in the transfer window.
Doumbia started well for me but fell off the face of the Earth the last few weeks. He ended with 9 goals. Pjanic 7, Ljajic 7. Iturbe sucked and Gervinho was up and down. My problem wasn't scoring at all. Juventus dominated the whole year losing 0 and drawing only 5.
I sold Destro, Iturbe, Doumbia and am trying to sell Gervinho at the start of my 2nd season. With a player like Pjanic in the mid to distribute, you're going to want a target man; strong in the box with good finishing and heading. Think of someone like Fernando Llorente, Lukaku, Diego Costa, Luca Toni etc.
For my second season, I'm not really relying on an out and out CF. I have a bunch of midfield playmakers: Sergi Semper, Pjanic, Verratti and bought Bertolacci. More than anything, I shored up my back line by bringing Romagnoli back from loan, signing Peruzzi to play RB and bought Perin to replace De Sanctis.
