I have lost the license file for Mac Assistant for FM '15 after formatting my computer. What can I do?

I tried sending emails to [email protected] and [email protected] but the first address was "invalid" and I didn't get a response from the second id

I am not getting any help from anywhere at all!? I have sent multiple emails, pinged on the mac assisstant facebook page and posted here but no response!
