Help Needed Please

Here goes gutted,was playing a saved game tonight when it crashed dump file.Went to to sports interactive folder and deleted the dump file,also some other files called xml document i think.
Deleted them from the recycle bin like an idiot and now when i load CM 15 no game save is a available.
I have done a system restore day before files ive deleted but no luck.
Is there anyway of getting my saved games back?
R.I.P Portsmouth/Stoke was doing really well with them.

Used a programme called Recuva after watching videos on youtube on how to recover deleted files from recycle bin,its a good download to have finds photos/music etc,but as i did not know the name file unable to restore it.
So started a new game
