Since the results recently have deteriorated so low, I'm hardly even surprised anymore about how poor this month was for us. We managed to go through into the Second Round of the F.A. Cup via a 3-1 win over Conference South outfit Bath City. In the league, however, it was a much poorer showing - with four points out of a potential fifteen points.

LEAGUE TABLE
Even I was shocked when I saw the league table put our name down into eleventh. Our bad run saw us drop eleven points - dropping six places in the process. Fair enough, we are only two points away from the final playoff spot, but Oxford, Stevenage and Morecambe are even closer, with Barnet potentially coming from behind us.
PLAYER OF THE MONTH
Karleigh Osborne
The player I chose for Player of the Month was our centre-back Osborne. Although we were leaking goals for fun at the back this month, it would have been a lot more had Osborne not been in our side. The Bristol City loanee was let down mostly by his defensive partners like Bossaerts and Phillips.
NEXT MONTH: DECEMBER
In our final month of 2014, we have the chance to go through into the Third Round of the F.A. Cup, where all the top-flight sides come into play. I can't see us winning too many games in the league either, so we'll have to see the outcome - we are in a very unknown position at the moment.
