I Can See My House From Here: Stirling in Autumn Light
Hello all, and welcome to my new story, based around my hometown club, Stirling Albion. As you can see from the photo, Stirling is a gorgeous city, but in the past, the club's football hasn't lived up to the beauty of the city.
In this tale, i'll be looking to develop Stirling Albion into one of the greatest teams in Scotland, and then eventually in Europe. It's going to be a long road, since the club's history is pretty barren in terms of trophies (as you'll see below), and the calibre of player isn't the greatest at the moment.

Stirling play at Forthbank Stadium, which has a capacity of 3,808 fans, in a mixture of standing and seating space, and is backed by The Peak sports centre, which played host to various training camps in the lead up to 2014's commonwealth games, and also the 2012 Olympics.
A university town, Stirling's University footballers also play in a semi-professional capacity, competing in the Lowland League, and some of those players have gone on to have some great careers: capitalising on those facilities may hold a key to the club's development in the future.
As it stands though, the club are pitched as a club who should be battling to avoid relegation - an expectation which I fully intend to match, and improve upon.
