Help Please

Transfer updates/And teams in proper leagues
Hi can anyone help me im after the transfer update file for all clubs,and the file with the correct teams in each league ie Norwich/Bournemouth/Watford/ premier /Hull/Burnley/QPR/championship etc.

Go to downloads up the top and go databases and find the one right for you i suggest pr0's
