Genie Scout 15g 15.3.2 goes bonkers

Wrong nationalities, no player positions, potential lower than current value etc.

Hi,

I've returned to playing FM 15 lately and I initialy used Scout's plain 15.3.2 version, but then I remembered I used to own the 'g' version and indeed, there was a link to it in my email from April this year. I installed 15.3.2g and it's freaking crazy. All my players of Colwyn Bay are Venezuelan or Tuvalu (Tuvalian?), most of them have no positions at all and their 'Best Pot Rating' is lower than 'Best Rating'. It's completely useless, I'm afraid. The 'no g' version works properly, but it doesn't have some of the columns I'm looking for.

I also got an information from within the application that my Unique ID changed and I should request a new key, which I did (vie email) but still didn't get any response. Could it be that the data is all messed up because of the outdated key file?

Cheers
Greg
Hi Greg,

Your unique id will change when you upgrade Windows or format your OS drive or simply change computer. When that happens, your key file no longer works and it leads to wrong nationalities, player positions, etc. And yes, you need to send an email to Eugene to request a new key file while passing him your new unique id. He will provide a new key file for you within 24 hours.

Kind regards,
Stam
