I wish to create a subdivision of a subdivision. Basically, I'm creating a giant pyramid of the Australian Football system where anyone can reach the top. I'm trying to shortcut it though so that the national premier league system remains. Basically for those who are unaware, in Australia, all the minor teams come under the umbrella of the national premier league. Each state comes under a subdivion for that state (NPL: Queensland, NPL: Victoria etc.). I am trying to make it so these clubs are able to be promoted up the ranks so that they are able to reach the top division (I created a league called the Australian Premier League as the A-league rules give me the shits and don't allow clubs to grow quickly enough).
