Hello! Welcome to ITV's coverage of today's huge match in the FIFA World Cup Final where Holland will take on this year's surprise package Switzerland.

Yes, this is it. Football's ultimate prize. The FIFA World Cup. This year has seen record 5-time World Cup winners Brazil knocked out in the Group Stage as Algeria marched on ahead of them.

But perhaps the most shocking overall incidents of this year's tournament has been the unstoppable rise of Switzerland, under Bradford Park Avenue boss Adam Chabukiani.

Despite boasting a reputation known across mainly Britain, but also in Europe of taking non-league minnows Bradford to the Europa League in six years in charge of the club, nobody would have ever expected to see his achievements with Switzerland in this particular competition.

Fending off Portugal in the World Cup Qualifiers, Switzerland had already beaten the odds by even reaching this year's Finals in Morocco, but a 100% win record in the tournament has caught every worldwide football fan off-guard as they charge into the Final at Stade du Prince Moulay Abdullah in Morocco today.

Whoever wins the match today will bag their first ever FIFA World Cup title, with Holland coming close in two previous Final's to date. However Switzerland's best World Cup finish prior to 2022 was reaching the Quarter-Finals on three occasions - all three well over 60 years ago at this point in time.

The media and betting companies have Switzerland down as definite underdogs going into this tie, but as they have shown plenty of times before under Chabukiani they are definitely a force to be reckoned with after a 2-0 victory over Germany as well as wins against Argentina, Belgium and Serbia leading up to today.

But now we have the team lineups for both sides today, it goes as follows:

So there are the starting elevens and the substitutes for both teams! Not many changes from either side in comparison to their Semi-Final fixtures against Serbia and Italy respectively.

Switzerland start Renato Steffen and Xhevdet Sefa who have a combined goal tally of nine goals in this tournament as they both scored hat-tricks at some point. Holland boast the tournaments current top scorer in Memphis Depay who has seven goals in this years competition.

We better head down to the pitch though as the national anthems have been sung, both managers have taken up their positions in the dugouts and the players set up in formation. We will now head down to this afternoons commentary team.

1': Yes, thank you very much Adrian. It will be Xhevdet Sefa of Switzerland taking the kick-off to start this World Cup Final. And we're off! Fabian Schar fires a ball out to Steffen - who scored a hat-trick in Switzerland's opening game against Mexico. The winger is brought down by Holland's ter Avest on the left flank. No warning for the full-back here! Hidde ter Avest goes into the referees book after just 21 seconds.

25': Ter Avest with the throw in on the near side for Holland. Bruno Martins Indi tries a long pass to try and find Promes. Silvan Widmer intercepts with his head as the ball falls under Shaqiri's control. Embolo finds Widmer who overlaps to complete the triangle of passes over on the right. Silvan Widmer fires in a low, low cross... Steffen is there! But the winger can't meet it at the far post! So unlucky for Switzerland there as a chance to take the lead goes begging.

38': Bruno Martins Indi to take the free-kick. It's found Memphis out on the right for Holland. Nouri has the ball near the centre circle as he fires in a pass to the lone striker Jeremias José. Ter Avest arrives down the right now as he receives the ball, the ball is played in low to Memphis Depay... GOAL! Holland have broken the deadlock here in Morocco!!! It's Memphis Depay with a fantastic finish at the near post!

39': Breel Embolo receives the ball from kick-off. It's back to Schar. Kasami's tried a ball over the top to Steffen but it's cut out by Ter Avest with the right-back's head. Nouri wins the ball ahead of Kasami in the middle. A pass to José is cut out with a sliding tackle by Schar. It's a long ball out wide to Shaqiri from the centre-back. Shaqiri moves upfield, pushing his marker further backwards before a pass to Embolo in the middle. Embolo finds a great ball to Sefa! Shot is saved by the Holland goalkeeper! Great stop from Joel Drommel!

45+1': That's it for the first half as the referee blows his whistle. Chances for both teams but it's Holland who have that all important lead over their opponents after 45 minutes.

46': A few changes at the break now. Richairo Zivkovic and Davy Klaassen replace Quincy Promes and Abdelhak Nouri for Holland. Kerim Frei comes on for the struggling Renato Steffen, who is struggling with what seems like a gashed leg received in the first half. Holland to kick off the second half here.

57': Marco van Ginkel comes off as he is replaced by Riechedly Bazoer for Holland. It's their third and final change for this match.

63': Ricardo Rodríguez with a throw-in inside his own half on the far side now. Zivkovic wins the aerial battle against Frei, locating Sinkgraven with his header. Elvedi nods away a hopeful ball to Memphis, Shaqiri now in possession. Xhevdet Sefa receives the ball at the halfway line as he approaches Martins Indi... What an awful challenge that is from the Dutch centre-half! A two-footed tackle from the player and he may be in trouble here... He is! Bruno Martins Indi has been given his marching orders in the World Cup Final after a horrific challenge on Sefa! Holland reduced to ten men now!

66': Here's Roman Burki with a goal-kick. Holland captain Daley Blind is the first to get there, headed straight back to Widmer though who has found Xhaka in the center. A lovely ball down the right to Shaqiri by Xhaka which has got past Blind now. Kasami with it now, renowned for his long-range goals this tournament. Passed to Embolo... Lovely pass through to Xhevdet Sefa now!!! Saved again by Drommel! What a game that man is having in net for Holland! He's kept them in it so far!

72': Daley Blind with a throw-in on the near side now. Sinkgraven has only managed to find the Swiss defence with that speculative long pass forward. Schar to Kasami, here's Embolo now. Widmer has given it to Shaqiri as Switzerland approach the Dutch area. Patjim Kasami's made a run and Shaqiri threads a ball throuuuuugghhh! GOAAAAL!!!! Switzerland are right back in it! It's yet another goal for Patjim Kasami with an excellent one-touch finish which slams into the bottom left hand corner! What a goal from a fantastic player, one of Switzerland's shining lights throughout this tournament! He's got the goal when it mattered most though, Switzerland are level with eighteen minutes to go!

90+4': After a nervy four minutes added time, the referee has blown his whistle not for the final time. Extra-time and maybe penalties approach us in this year's Final. It's all square after 90 minutes with goals coming from Memphis Depay and Patjim Kasami.

91': Extra-time is now upon us. One change for Switzerland, though: Admir Mehmedi comes on for Breel Embolo as the Barcelona man struggles with fitness. Switzerland will switch to a 4-4-2 with Mehmedi joining Xhevdet Sefa up-front. Switzerland will kick off extra-time for us.

95': José knocks the ball back to Sinkgraven in midfield. Zivkovic receives the ball on the left as Memphis swaps wings with him. Klaassen finds Ter Avest out on the right now. The ball is swung in from the right... GOAL!!! It's Jeremias José with the goal for Holland! He's met Ter Avest's cross to put Holland in the lead for the World Cup trophy! It's 2-1 to Holland now!

105+0': Half-time in extra-time and it's Holland who have retaken control of this game with Jeremias José's goal in the 95th minute. Switzerland only have fifteen minutes left to peg their opponents back. Can they do it?

106': Holland kick us off now.

107': The injured Ricardo Rodríguez has to come off as Chabukiani's final substitution. Loris Benito makes his international debut in what is the biggest match in Switzerland's history. A massive moment for the Argentinian-born left-back.

113': Frei intercepts Ter Avest's throw-in. Is there a counter attack left in Switzerland this late on into the game? Benito heroically cuts out a Dutch pass. Xhaka has fired the ball up to Admir Mehmedi at the halfway line. He finds his strike partner, Sefa, with a short pass to his right. Xherdan Shaqiri is racing down the right flank, screaming to his teammate for the pass. Sefa has turned and found a perfect pass for the winger... Shaqiri is free of any defenders now! He's one-on-one with Drommel!!! GOAAAAAAL!!!!!! Switzerland have equalised again with just seven minutes to spare!!! Chabukiani rushes out of his technical area in delight as Shaqiri's teammates mob the man of the hour! What a game this is!!! Seven minutes to go and it's all square once again!

115': Burki boots the ball forward for Switzerland. Xhaka misses his header as it falls to Zivkovic in the middle. Xhaka tackles him as it is now with Patjim Kasami. Kerim Frei now, he runs over to the left wing. Frei has found a gap... Here's Mehmedi!! It's tipped behind the post for a corner!

120+1': Xhaka with a free-kick in the Dutch half. Will there be enough time? He's passed it out left to Benito... It's full-time now. The teams will have to contest the Final in the ultimate battle of nerves as the tie heads into a penalty shootout!

NED. 1: Memphis has elected himself to be the first penalty taker for Holland now. He's already won the World Cup Golden Boot now the match is in penalties... Can he score when it's the most important? Depay runs up... He's gone right... AND SO HAS BURKI! DEPAY IS DENIED BY THE SWISS KEEPER!

SWI. 1: That early miss must be a definite confidence booster for Switzerland. Here's Kasami, the man who scored his team's equaliser with a great finish in the 72nd minute. Can he do it now... Yes he can! It's sneaked under Drommel's body into the bottom left corner.

NED 2.: Up steps former Ajax man Richairo Zivkovic. The winger came on as a substitute for Quincy Promes at half-time in normal time for his side. Zivkovic has kept his nerve! With Burki diving to the right, Zivkovic calmly slotted it straight down the middle.

SWI. 2: Up steps Granit Xhaka for Switzerland now. The midfielder has said to be the engine room of Chabukiani's team for this tournament. What a penalty from Xhaka! There's no reaching that for Drommel! Top left hand corner with unstoppable force behind it. 2-1 to Switzerland in this shootout.

NED 3.: Davy Klaassen, another half-time substitute for his team in this game. He steadies himself for the penalty... Brilliant penalty. Like Xhaka, there's no saving that for Burki. Top right hand corner.

SWI 3.: Up steps Swiss centre-back Fabian Schar - arguably his team's best penalty taker for both club and country. Can he prove it now in the World Cup Final? He absolutely can. Not the best penalty, but a goal is all that matters at this stage for him.

NED 4.: Here is Jeremias José, a product of PSV Eindhoven and scored Holland's second goal today which sent his country into dreamland for around eighteen minutes before Shaqiri's equaliser. He scores again in this shootout! Almost a replica of Klaassen's penalty, he's sent it into the top right hand corner.

SWI 4.: Now it's down to Xhevdet Sefa to tuck his penalty away. The 22-year-old striker currently plays for Chabukiani in England for his club. Can he pay back his manager for club and country here? He certainly can! A marvelous penalty that fires straight into the top corner! 4-3 now as we head into the final penalties.

NED 5.: Here is Hidde ter Avest. The Dutch right-back must convert this penalty to maintain Holland's slim chances of winning the World Cup now... And he does just that! Great penalty, Burki didn't even move as the ball nestled into the bottom left corner.

SWI 5.: Xherdan Shaqiri has the chance to make footballing history just by scoring this last penalty here... A goal now would secure his name in Swiss footballing folklore... He steps up... Shaqiri with the chance to win the FIFA World Cup now... Oh dear!!! It's come crashing off the crossbar high into the air!!! Devastating for Switzerland as the shootout is swung wide open into sudden death!

NED 6.: After the Shaqiri lifeline offered to them, it's down to Dutch captain Daley Blind to capitalise on his mistake and lead Holland further into the shootout without a slip-up. The full-back sneaks his shot under Burki's body into the bottom right corner, a fantastic penalty. Holland are in the lead now, 5-4.

SWI 6.: Admir Mehmedi now, who came on as substitute for the struggling Breel Embolo. He needs to score this otherwise the World Cup is awarded to Holland... It's stopped... But it's found the back of the net nevertheless! Gut-wrenching stuff for the striker there! It's 5-5!

NED 7.: Sinkgraven needs to score this... He does! Holland back in the lead as the score becomes 6-5 to the Dutch thanks to their midfielder.

SWI 7.: Kerim Frei's penalty now. The winger was substituted on for the injured Renato Steffen at half-time for Switzerland. He's scored for Switzerland! He sent Drommel completely the wrong way!

NED 8.: It's the eighth penalty of the match now. Stefan de Vrij has all the responsibility to put this away. If he doesn't it gives Switzerland the chance to win the FIFA World Cup... He runs up... AND MISSES!!! Stefan de Vrij has sent his penalty flying over the bar into the jubilant Switzerland fans! It's all in La Nati's hands now! Incredible scenes here!

SWI 8.: This is it! Switzerland stand a single goal away from lifting the World Cup trophy - the most prestigious footballing award in the world. And here he is, on his Switzerland national team debut, his first ever cap, it's Loris Benito to take the decisive penalty. The left-back came on for the injured Ricardo Rodríguez in extra-time, now he has been gifted the chance to give Switzerland their first ever World Cup trophy... Here he comes! Loris Benito to win the World Cup for Switzerland..... IT'S A GOAL!!! LORIS BENITO HAS WON THE FIFA WORLD CUP FOR THE SWITZERLAND NATIONAL TEAM!!!

Adam Chabukiani races onto the field along with the twelve substitutes and his backroom staff who all worked so hard to get Switzerland to this stage, he's running over towards the team pile-on over by the corner flag! He's leaped onto the pile with Benito underneath the jubilant Swiss staff! What a World Cup this has been! We will try and get a few words with the main men involved in this victory soon.

We have finally been able to get hold of Adam Chabukiani, the victorious manager of the Swiss national team who have just won the World Cup on penalties against Holland. Adam, tell us how you are feeling right now.

A. Chabukiani: "I'm in dreamland... I don't know what to tell you! I feel like I'm hooked on some kind of drug! What a f*cking fantastic feeling this is!"

How good must it feel to have dominated the English lower league system first, but now be literally king of the world with Switzerland tonight?

A. Chabukiani: "I mean, it's like I said before, I don't know what this is supposed to feel like! What I've done with Bradford Park Avenue is fantastic, but the World Cup? Unbelievable. Absolutely crazy."

Loris Benito, what a debut that man has had today?!

A. Chabukiani: "I'm almost jealous of the lad! What a day he has had today. I'm so incredibly proud of him. Not just him but the entire squad this tournament, everybody has been in the right spirit and look where it has led us now?"

So after this victory in the World Cup Final, do you have any idea of where you want to be in the future?

A. Chabukiani: "Right now I'm just enjoying the moment, I'm loving it at Bradford and I've just won the bloody World Cup with Switzerland - you can't knock that can you?"

Absolutely not Adam, I'll leave you alone to celebrate with your boys now and lift that famous trophy.

It's been another very busy transfer window for Bradford Park Avenue as fans welcome the arrivals of seventeen new players to their club, with a total of seventeen players also heading out of the door permanently

Despite such a lot of players coming through The Avenue's door this summer, only five of the players have received first-team status. The other twelve sit in the club's development squads.

The club's official website announced five new arrivals on the opening day of the English transfer window on 9th June 2022. The five arrivals only amounted to £65,000 spent as Chabukiani signed four free agents. The four free agents were Scott Walker, a winger/attacking-midfielder who previously played for Derby County, Rikki Murphy who is a 5'11" striker who played for Manchester City, Niki Bentham, 19, who previously played for Avenue's fiercest rivals Bradford City and finally Liam James who was signed after he was released by Everton.

The player who was signed for £65,000 is 17-year-old Richard Webb. The tenacious defensive midfielder from Redditch had graduated through the Port Vale academy after ten years involved in the Port Vale Stadium setup. Webb is one of the few players who has gained first-team status at Bradford Park Avenue despite being so young. The player can play in central midfield, defensive midfield and can adequately play in centre-back when called upon. The wonderkid spent only one professional season at Port Vale last season, breaking into the first-team and making nine appearances in last years League Two campaign. Richard Webb signed a two-year professional deal with Bradford PA on £700 per week. The midfielder will wear the number 23 shirt.

Chabukiani went silent on the transfers front until the beginning of July when four players joined the club after their contracts expired with their respective clubs. Julio Mateos agreed a three-year contract with Bradford as his Numancia contract expired. Anthony Irvine and Jesse Bauwens also agreed deals but will remain in the club's development system - Irvine failed to gain a UK work permit so the club will look to loan the Australian out to one of their feeder clubs.

The only first-team signing out of the four players that joined is Carmelo Troccoli, a 22-year-old Italian winger who has signed a three-year deal with Bradford after his A.C. Milan contract expired the previous day. Troccoli stands at 6'2" despite being a reasonably quick winger and spent time on loan at Serie B club Ternana during his contract duration at the San Siro. The winger will wear the number 16 shirt this season.

Silvan Widmer is the next Switzerland international to walk through the door at the West Yorkshire team this summer. Widmer had spent all of June with Adam Chabukiani as his starting right-back throughout Switzerland's legendary World Cup win in Morocco. The 29-year-old was placed on the transfer list at Bayern Munich this summer and as one of Widmer's closest friends in football, Chabukiani immediately placed an £8.75M bid for the full-back. The terms were quickly completed and Widmer is set to stay at The Avenue until 2025.

FYR Macedonia player Aleksandar Todorovski has also finally moved to England. The midfielder initially agreed terms with Bradford in 2020 but due to his young age the player had to wait until this summer to join the club officially as he turned 18 years old. The Macedonian Under 21 international has never played for a professional club before but has signed a two year deal with Bradford PA.

Adam Chabukiani has also gone out and brought back some Bradford Park Avenue legends. Nathaniel Oseni left the club in 2018 after two successful seasons at Horsfall Stadium before his £150,000 switch to Leyton Orient. Since then he has gone onto sign for Shrewsbury where his contract expired this summer. Oseni has now rejoined Bradford PA for 'sentimental reasons' according to Chabukiani and has already gone on loan to Chesterfield. Legendary striker Matthew Fletcher has also made a return to the club after a move to Ukraine last year failed to succeed and the Australian striker will play in the first-team again this season and will be hoping to pick up on the 219 goals where he left off when he joined Dynamo Kyiv last summer. Samir Nabi and Anthony Breslin also rejoin the club on permanent deals with Nabi joining Luton Town on loan and Breslin on loan to another remarkably successful Yorkshire team in Yorkshire Amateur.

The most recent first-team signing joined Bradford for £10.25M as Cláudio is welcomed into West Yorkshire. The 22-year-old Brazilian attacking-midfielder signed a three-year deal at The Avenue following his departure from boyhood team Fluminense. Cláudio is yet to make a senior Brazil cap but has made 18 Under-21 appearances as well as three goals in the same category.

Finally, the most recent signing is the arrival of Cardiff striker Howard Elliott. The Welsh 17-year-old is an expensive acquisition for Bradford PA, costing Chabukiani £1,200,000 despite failing to make a first-team appearance in the Welsh capital. Elliott will play in Bradford's Under-18's team and will earn an amazing £5,250 per week - one of the highest-paid 17-year-olds in the world.

Out of the ten development team players who have left the club, only Wouter Rozema has found a new location. Rozema - who joined Bradford only last summer - will play for Yorkshire Amateur alongside fellow Bradford PA player Anthony Breslin in the Vanarama National League.

The first first-team player to depart the club was ageing goalkeeper Simon Mignolet. The Belgian 34-year-old made 67 appearances for his former team over the course of two seasons in the Premier League. He joins Ligue 1 outfit AS Saint-Etienne for a fee of £300,000 - a £1.3M loss on the original fee Chabukiani paid for the keeper from Liverpool.

Despite joining in January 2022, Edgar Bruno has left for an incredible fee of £11M to join Serie A giants Internazionale. The Brazilian wing-back failed to make a single appearance after joining from Sport Recife on a free transfer in January.

One of the most shocking transfers was the departure of Swiss legend Xhevdet Sefa who also finds himself in the Italian top-flight with Inter's neighbours A.C. Milan. Sefa won the FIFA World Cup under Chabukiani's leadership this summer and was expected to stay with his international team boss despite rumours of interested parties after his marvellous World Cup showing. However, like Michael Lieblein before him, A.C. Milan came in with a huge bid of £26.5M to take the finisher to the San Siro. The 22-year-old scored nine goals in 23 appearances in last seasons Premier League campaign.

But the departure of Sefa wasn't the only kick in the teeth for Adam Chabukiani, as Tottenham activated American midfielder Dan Dickinson's release clause of £34M - the highest fee that Bradford PA have ever received for a player. Dickinson made 26 appearances last season in a very competitive Bradford midfield containing the likes of Alfred Duncan, Callum Slattery and Ben Blackmore.

Aymen Abdennour was the next to leave The Avenue this summer as Bundesliga side 1. FC Koln for a fee of £1.5M. This move comes as a surprise to fans who saw Abdennour as a first-team mainstay in the past two seasons he has spent in the Avenue setup after arriving on a free transfer from Valencia in 2020.

Like Edgar Bruno, Andre Grant never made a first-team appearance for Bradford Park Avenue in his time there but the club have somehow salvaged a brilliant £2.6M fee from Championship outfit Southampton for the Bradford youth graduate who had loan spells with Watford, Cardiff and Leyton Orient.

The final permanent departure was the sale of English centre-back Jake Cooper. The resolute centre-back joined Bradford Park Avenue in 2020 for £4M after his former club Aston Villa suffered relegation to the Championship, and as one of their most talented players Cooper was always going to leave Villa Park in that situation. But Bradford have made a £6M profit on the England international as he joins Stoke City for a fee of £10M this summer.

In temporary loan deals, Jordan Morrison and Abbes Bouchouk join feeder club Olimpic Sarajevo as Julio Mateos joins another feeder club in the form of NAC Breda. Neto and Michael Traub have both gone on loan to Montpellier. Gage Tracey will play in the Premier League with Swansea. Wonderkid Roger Pursehouse has gone on another loan to Leicester City after past successes at Alfreton and St. Johnstone as he was top scorer in every season for those teams. José Luis Aguilar joins FC Metz, Tony Cooke joins Queens Park Rangers and Ritchie Peacham join Preston North End.

Bradford Park Avenue chiefs have today made two big announcements: one is a kit unveiling meanwhile John Dean explains a new stadium direction.

As the Kappa manufacturing deal runs out, Bradford PA have returned to Nike tailored jerseys for the upcoming season.

Nike branded Avenue's kits for five years between 2015 and 2020 before a two-year spell of Kappa. Kappa made some well-received kits during their time as manufacturer but the commercial placebo effect has put Nike well ahead in that respect.

Bradford Park Avenue also have a new shirt sponsor as South Korean automobile manufacturer Kia agrees a two-year sponsorship deal with the club.

Nike returns to branding the shirts with three new kits this year. The home jersey boasts a main colour of green, the traditional Bradford PA colour with white pinstripes in between the large stripes. The collar is white which runs down onto both shoulders until the sleeves return to green. The Nike logo is coloured in white with a black outline.

The away kit (pictured left) is a yellow jersey with black pinstripes. The collar of the shirt is black all the way down the shoulders until the sleeve becomes yellow and the Nike logo is coloured black with a white outline.

Perhaps one of the more exuberant kits in recent times is this year's 2022/23 alternative kit (pictured right). The jersey's main colour is a bright pink shade with green pinstripes to keep relevant to the club's tradition in the slightest way possible. The collars are green and the Nike logo is also green, with an outline of white.

As with most years, the kits this year aren't that much of a change from previous kit unveilings and the reception is yet another good one, with a few raised eyebrows over the third kit for sure.

However, possibly the biggest news of the summer so far for Bradford PA is the statement from club chairman Dr. John Dean that the club will be playing at Leeds United's Elland Road stadium until next season as The Avenue undergoes a 7,750 seat expansion to raise the capacity to over 23,000 seats.

This is not the first time that Avenue have had to succumb to a groundshare agreement with another club. They shared FC Halifax's The Shay Stadium in 2017 as expansion to Horsfall Stadium was under construction.

This means that Bradford PA will now have access to a 40,000 all-seater this season as they look to keep progressing in the Europa League.

No more transfers have been confirmed by the club however Adam Chabukiani has reportedly set his sights on Zenit St. Petersburg star striker Jurij Dinaburskij. Bayern Munich have also apparently sent in an enquiry regarding the price it would take to take Min-Young Hoon to the Allianz Arena.
