Error (person data seems to be corrupt)

I have a error in my WBA game at the moment, lucky me I am just at the begin. But its the same error as I had in a previous Arsenal game. Interesting fact is that with both games I was able to load the game at the start, but after a few saves I got an error. Also interesting is that in both games I had a crash dump (this is very common error with FM 10 and SI is aware of this, they trying to fix this with an upcomming patch) though I am not sure in what why I can link the error of my GenieScout with the crash dumps. Maybe something to look at ...

also i can load my game for a few times and afterthat
the saved game cannot be loaded and the problem occurs - -
