IGS Feature not working

Hi

I really like the sound of the IGS feature but haven't had it working yet at all. Sometimes it pops up randomly but not when I hover over the (i) and sometimes pops up with random players.

I am on Windows 8.1
I am using FM 2016 in windowed mode
I am using dual monitors

just to let you know this has been sort of resolved in the new update tonight. It works now if I keep Genie Scout minimized on my second monitor but thats all. If I maximize it, it doesn't work and if it is hidden behind FM on the other monitor, it doesn't work either.
