Conceeding to many goals

Hi guys, as you might see, i'm conceeding a lot of goals (in my opninion), in my career at Newcastle

It's actually going well. Im fifth in the league, and scoring good amount of goals. The thing i need is help. How can i stop conceeding so many goals.

Looks like your back line is very open to counter attacks, you should maybe change the roles of your fullbacks, I generally use FB only, and change it to either attack or support.

Also, you've got them sitting narrow, when you have the team flooded from right to left, you need use width for that.
