West Ham have confirmed that they will not be renewing Sam Allardyce 's contract and that he will leave the club as the new season knocks on the door.
The Hammers boss had been widely expected to leave Upton Park during the season and the Hammers confirmed now that they are close to appoint a new manager.

Who could be next in the Upton Park hotseat?

Slaven Bilic: odds 4/9
Having only left Besiktas this week, it could be a rapid return to employment for Bilic who has flirted with the Premier League for years.

Michael Laudrup: odds 16/1
The former Swansea boss is believed to want a crack at the Premier League again after his exit from Swansea last year.

Andre Villas-Boas: odds 16/1
There are doubts over whether he'd want to manage a London club again after two pretty poisonous experiences in the Premier League although the Portuguese manager was linked with the Hammers throughout the whole season.

Ian Wright: odds 22/1
The ex Premier League striker might look for another team to manage as he took charge of MK Dons for one year between 2012 and 2013.

David Moyes
The Scott is currently looking for a job after getting sacked by Real Sociedad.

Mark Warburton: odds 17/1
If West Ham want a young, up-and-coming coach then he could be the man as he managed to bring Brentford into the the Championship playoffs.

Rafa Benitez: odds 3/9
Rafa Benitez has been linked to West Ham after admitting he has a desire to return to English football, with his wife and two daughters still living in Britain.

Harry Redknapp: odds 4/7
Harry Redknapp, who left QPR in February, has been linked with a return to Upton Park where he managed for seven years between 1994 and 2001.

Good luck ;)

OPTIONS RUNNING OUT FOR WEST HAM

While Ottmar Hitzfeld brought himself into the discussion as a West Ham manager through his comments live on TV a few days ago, he ruled himself out as well. He said that he doesn't want to move to a non German speaking country. Mark Warburton just signed a contract for the Rangers while Laudrup and Ian Wright both said that they do not want to return to professional football at the moment.

MOYES SET TO SIGN

David Moyes is just hours away of signing a deal with Premier League side West Ham United as reports say. Many people are claiming that they saw the Scott at the Heathrow airport after his plane from Spain arrived. Most football fans will remember him for the woeful job he did at Manchester United but he also did a respectable job at Everton and Preston before.

We are live as David Moyes faces the press as a West Ham manager for the first time:

Press: Do you think that you will be able to get things in the right way after you haven't had the best of times as a manager recently?

Moyes: Of course, I wouldn't be here if I wouldn't have the upmost confidence in my own abilitys.

Press: Do you think that the chairman doesn't trust you as you only got a 1 year contract?

Moyes: I know that the club takes a big risk with me but I'll give my best to repay their trust in me and force the chairman to trigger the four year extension clause after an hopefully successfull season.

Press: Are you confident of getting the fans behind your back as they might be a bit unsure about what they should expect from you?

Moyes: It might take a few games but I'm sure they will be happy about my appointment sooner or later.

Press: Any hints about transfer targets? Probably a player of one of your previous clubs?

Moyes: You will have to stay patient for now, sorry.

That's it. We are going back to the studio now.

EUROPA LEAGUE QUALIFICATION REVIEW

As we haven't had the chance for a proper pre-season because of the early start of the Europa League qualification I've tried to use the games against the small side we have faced in the qualification rounds as a kind of pre-season friendlys.

Here are is a quick overview over our results.

As you can see we are through to the play-offs and it looks like we won't have any problems in this two games again. And this is something I'm very happy about because the Premier League start is just a few days away and we face a injury problems.

I hope you are able to identificate the content of the picutes. If not, please leave a comment and I'll try to create bigger pictures in the future. Any comments are appreciated.
