IGS works occasionally

I have just downloaded Genie Scout 16g and found that IGS was not working, just the normal info when using the i button.

I changed to Windowed mode and it seemed to work however, sometimes it shows that added info and other times the normal info (no CA, PA).

It does this without moving screens and can be IGS info then normal info a second later.

Anyone got ideas on how to fix this?
