Ok, so he's sacked by Sunderland, but he's got zero to no chance of ever playing at a decent level again. But what do we do with him? Do we fire up the editor and set him as "retired" or what? If we just cancel his contract he's going to get picked up by some team needing a decent winger. How do we solve this as realistically as possible?
