I bought FM16 this friday, but due to many reasons, I decided to opt for the money back guarantee via the website, the next day. According to the site, it takes 1-2 days for requests to be processed. It's been 4 days now, and no response. Not even a cofirmation that the support service has received my ticket. And when I click the help icon, it just forwards me to the same site as the refund form site.
So I'm writing this in hope that someone with the authority to speed up the process, reads it!
