Hey guys! I decided to start a new story (hopefully longer than 4 days) with the Netherlands!
As a Dutchie I must say I'm quite embarrassed that we didn't make it to the European Cup (thanks Danny Blind for fucking up the summer of 16 million Dutch people). The Dutch national has build up a great reputation which makes it more hard to realise that we aren't at the EC. In my opinion we're in a gap between the new generation and the old one, Robin van Persie is not good enough for the first team anymore, just like Heitinga, de Jong, Mathijsen etc, and players like Bazoer, Depay and Klaassen aren't good enough yet. We have to realise that we aren't the team of 1988 anymore, except Robben we have no world class players like Pogba, Zlatan, Müller. If we want to reach something, we have to reach it as a team. van Gaal realised that straight away in 2014, that's what makes him a genius in my opinion. He pushed everything out of this team that was possible, making the Dutch team the 3d of the world. In my story I'm going to try to reach the EC and then I'll see if I can come far in the tournament!
