Oxford United Manager Oliver Madsen buys new house

Madsen expressed his anger last week after it emerged that Oxford players Chris Maguire, Liam Sercombe, Sam Slocombe and Jake Wright were involved in a late-night drinking session on a trip to Scotland.
It was the second time in a month that goalkeeper Slocombe had been pictured partying in a bar and Madsen criticised the drinking culture among British players.
The 30-years old will soon be able to keep a closer eye on his errant stars after splashing £2m on a luxury mansion in Oxford
Madsen is moving from his current home in Kidlington which is a bit long from Oxford and will now be around the corner from the likes of Slocombe, Maguire, Sercombe and Jake Wright, who all live in the town.
The former Taastrup FC coach knows that he need to build a strong relationship with his star-studded squad.
Madsen believes he needs to change the mentality at Oxford if want to compete for the League 2 title.
“I knew it would be difficult, but I tell the players the job is football and with football you live very well,” Madsen said.
Oxford sit ninth in the League 2 after 16 games but are already eleven points behind leaders Plymouth.

A much better month than before, this month we were unbeaten but only with 3 wins out of 7, which is still not good enough, first we came against Wimbledon in the FA Cup, were we dominated, but could only see one goal... Next game we are against in-form Leyton Orient where we smashed them 4-0 in the Paint Trophy, which is amazing! Wasnt expecting that.. Third game we were up against Cambridge who is pretty good placed, in the league and we got a boring 0-0, we were dominating but once again couldnt score on our chances...
We played Wimbledon in the replay, and in the half-time we were up 2-0 but they came strongly back, to a 2-2.. Fortunately we won on penalties. Against Dag & Red, we were up until the 92nd minute where they got the late equalizer, and i was really gutted about that result.. We finally won a game in the league against Newport County, and we were really dominating again, but once again we only scored 2 goals, and let 1 in.... Disappointing match, but a win is a win.

David Tutonda: Tutonda, was pretty solid down in the defence, and helped us getting some clean sheets. Great Performances!

So we are sitting 10th, which is not good and we have to improve the next few months to still get play-offs, i think we can do it so im not afraid of getting sacked..
Injury Report:

McGee, Hylton and Bowery, is still out, and all of them are looking to get back in a month or so.

I'm so excited about the FA Cup and Paint Trophy because i really want to win it! So i will give full eleven squad! But else its some pretty good fixtures, as they arent too hard, the only one who could give me real damage, is Exeter as they are higher placed than me, but i hope i can beat them
