A few wins are vital for you if you want to stay in the hunt for the play-offs for sure, looking forward to seeing if you get them in the upcoming months.

Is Oxford Manager Oliver Madsen Really in Danger of Being Sacked?

As unbelievable as it might sound, the latest indications are that Madsen is indeed on the hot seat. With the U's struggling through a disappointing campaign filled with defensive issues, not reaching the expectations and controversy, Saturday's undisciplined performance has thrown Madsen's future into doubt.
Perhaps most importantly, though, it's important to remember who owns Oxford. During his 9-years tenure in control of the club, Darryl Eales has gone through no fewer than 8 different managers. History has shown that Eales will not hesitate to sack a manager, and Madsen might be no exception.

So, is Madsen in trouble?

In fairness, he received the club's backing in the recent past. Just three weeks ago, Oxford released a terse statement that read:

The club wants to make it clear that Oliver continues to have our full support.
As Oliver has said himself, results have not been good enough and the team's performances must improve. However, we believe that we have the right manager to turn this season around and that he has the squad with which to do it.

But after a fifth League 2 defeat in 10 games, the British papers are full of speculation about Madsen's future.
According to Reports, Oxford could dismiss Madsen if the U's lose to York on Tuesday. Reports saying that "intermediaries" are trying to determine whether John Coleman is interested in coming to Kassam Stadium when his contract with Accrington runs out at the end of the current campaign.att

At the Independent, Simon Rice has outlined potential replacements for the 30-year-old, a list that includes Coleman, Rather vaguely, Rice writes: "There is a sense that Madsen is now fighting for his job at Kassam Stadium." Meanwhile, Sami Mokbel has compiled a similar list tossing in the names of
former Luton boss John Still and Nathan Jones. According to reports, Madsen's status "is back under review by the U's board."

Will he get sacked?
Fingers crossed you keep your job man! They'd be silly to let you go!
Would be harsh to get sacked considering all the good work you've put in
Aww man, he just bought a house too! Hopefully you can dispatch York & answer your critics!
You should beat York, not a top side to be honest. Good luck! :)
Try and make sure your titles don't go to two lines, makes it look much cleaner if they don't, other than that great stuff!
I hope you can keep the job!!! If you get sacked where do you want to manage next?
Griffin: Thanks bro!
Justice: I Agree :P
Lippo: Exactly, and thanks
Scott: Ye, i know.. but we arent playing good either :/.. York is actually 5th in the league :P
Griffo: Alright, thanks bro!
MJK: Thanks bro! And idk tbh i dont want to stop the story already, so the first club who wants me i take :P
March 2016:

March Results:

An alright month i would say.. 2 losses, and a lot of 0-0 draws, which im unhappy with.. First match we are up against York who i was expecting a win against, but we drew 0-0 in a really boring match. Second match we were up against number 1 Plymouth and once again we drew 0-0 and a really boring match, 3rd game we were up against number 3 Leyton Orient, and we won a solid 1-0 with a lot of good football, really impressed! Fourth game we lost to Barnet 3-2, which im not happy with... Played really shit :/ fifth game we were up against Stevenage, who are in the play-off and we won 2-0 which is a really great result...

Sixth game we were up against Cambridge who also were in the playoffs but we lost 3-1, we played really badly and i just want that game out of my head! Last game we were up against Dag & Red, who were on place higher than us, and it ended with a boring 0-0...

Player Of The Month:

Kemar Roofe: our striker was just top notch, we didnt score alot of goals but when we did, he scored all of them! Amazing!

Injury Report:
Still none.

League Table:

Its still tight for the playoff spots, and everything can happen so im pretty happy with where we are placed. Im still optimistic!
The race for the playoffs are well and truly on :P
Closing in on that play off spot man, even if i do know spoilers for this story ;)
