The new Manchester City manager was revealed today, with the chairman naming unkown New Zealander with the nickname Blood of Spence as their manager. With no money to spend, he is forced to use the current squad to lead the team to glory.

Aims:
Season 1: Top 2 Finish
Season 2: Buy English talent and Win BPL
Season 3: Win Champions League

In the friendlies, I was trying 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3 and 4-3-2-1. Undecided on what to go with on the first day of the Premier League so went with the reliable 4-3-2-1.

GK: Hart
RB: Zabaleta
CB: Otamendi
CB: Mangala
LB: Clichy
CM: Fernandinho
CM: Toure
RM: Sterling
CAM: Silva
LM: De Bruyne
ST: Bony

Both Kompany and Aguero picked up injures for 3 and 1 week(s) respectfully.
We played Tottenham and won 1-0 after Raheem the Dream scored in the 30th minute.

Our second game was against West Brom with the same side with Aguero up front and Delph in the midfield the only two changes.
We won 2-0 with Sterling again scoring as well as Yaya with a lethal free kick.

Player of the month: Raheem 'The Dream' Sterling

A great start to our campaign.

In our second episode, we played 6 games offline and 2 in the episode. Our results were as follow:

Newcastle 1-2
Everton 3-1
West Ham 1-1
AS Monaco 2-0
Bournemouth 3-0
Derby 2-1E

Staring with a loss to Newcastle, we had a great recovery with wins a against Everton and AS Monaco in the Champions League. We have the hardest Champions League group by far with Barcelona, Monaco, Roma and ourselves.

The games we played were Swansea which we had a boring 0-0 draw and FC Barcelona. Our lineup against Barca was as follows.

GK: Hart
RB: Zabaleta
CB: Otamendi
CB: Plummer (1 star from u21s)
LB: Clichy
CM: Fernandinho
CM: Toure
RM: Sterling
CAM: Silva
LM: De Bruyne
ST: Bony (Aguero injured again)

Mangala and Kompany had picked up short term injures and after some disappointing performances, I was not going to play Demichelles. Instead, we called up Plummer from the u21s. I was really worried about the defence.

Surprisingly, we dominated a tired Barcelona team marking MSN out of the game. We had 2% more possession and 5 more shots than them. we ended up winning after 'The Dream' scored again. I was very happy and this saw us go top of the Group table.

Offline Player of the Month: Fabian Delph (Surprisingly he's been really good)
Online Player of the Month: Raheem 'The Dream' Sterling (Gotta be if he scored against Barca)

The great start continues as we are currently second on the table.

I managed to win both cups, the league and the champions league in my first season with City with no signings outside of Pogba in January.. it is possible!
