Hey guys i'm currently doing a save with the club I support Cefn Druids. I am into my 2nd season and have won the 2nd division and am making my way to the Premier League. However I've spotted a problem. I realised this but thought not a lot of it, I can't offer any player a part time contract... In the 2nd division I noticed that other clubs had these part time contracts of course they're semi pro. But I can only offer players I want a non-contract pay to play fee. Why can I not offer any players a semi pro part time contract? I've got the money. I've got the interest but I can't get them to come because I can only offer non-contracts!
