It doesn't appear to make very much beyond cosmetic alterations to be honest. Some media reports etc and manager comments reference it but I haven't overly had it impact me much. Having said that I typically like to set myself up as a hungry young manager rather than as someone trying to reclaim old glories so perhaps with more experimentation some trend or other may surface.
