this my first time with fm ,so i watched several tutorial and read about tactics and manging in order to get success but improvement is needed.
my style of managing:
1- sign wonder kids and promising ones and develop them through paid loan to get money back when they develop to join the main team i reacll them other than that once they reach 24 i sell them and make profit also to get players trained at the club.
2- sell 30 years old players unless they are important.
i tried several tactics and finally make the one that get winning but it has flaws.
1- can't get possession of the game even if I'm the winner.
2-when facing the bigger team in order to get it safe i 'm forced to mark and close down for nearly all the player that can attack
3-my defense players especially smalling and shaw in big matches unless i make them mark a specific player they screw the game with mistakes cost me both the cup and ufea .
transfer problems :-
1-when i bid with teams the player chose other teams unless i sign him as first team or key player for example Emanuel Mammana i bid 10m and contract as rotation and chelse sign him for 1.9m as hot prospect with lower contract terms.
2-i can't sell players i want to sell unless i put lower than half of thier value for example felleni i forced myself to sell him only for 10m.

thiago maia wasn't performing well becasue heading problem ,so i loaned him in january and get 2 players which performed better than my first team players.

i sold mata because Andrija Zivkovic and Gabriel Barbosa were performing very well and after i sold him Andrija get injury made him decline too much and return before the last 2 match of the end of season and Gabriel get his first cap and developed very well but stopped scoring until the last match get only one goal make me enter extra time and lose the game for shaw 3rd mistake in the game that give chelse the cup .

A.Martial i made A.young tutor him which gives bad effects i couldn't understand his determination fall 2 points at once and i don't know how to cancel the tutoring.

some questions too.
1-how many time i should make the player develop new move ?
2-some players decline even if they are regular key players like shaw and de gea.
a lot of youth and reverse players complain about the load of training because i set it at high before and after the match for a complete day
3-some players in loan don't develop at all even if they key players in the loan contract.
sorry but i will add more questions in the future when i began the next season.
