Spurs - Forever Underdogs

I decided to start a new story after a month off, and I felt Spurs would be a good challenge to kick it off again. Hope you all like. :)

Key Players

Harry Kane

Harry Kane is an integral part of the team. If he's on form, the team generally is on form since he's so good. Will be looking for cover though.

Christian Eriksen

Another massive player is Eriksen. At the age of 23, he still has plenty of time to develop. The only problem is that I often play a 4-1-2-2-1, and Eriksen's only natural position is CAM...

Hugo Lloris

A fantastic goalie, underrated in FM. Muslera is better than him, a bit of a joke. Lloris is a quality goalie, who will keep our defence in good shape!
You'll be 'Kane'-ing the league this year.

I'll just leave...

-slow and everlasting clap-
good luck mate, looking forward to it
Well as I can't think of an awful pun good luck a decent team you should do well
Should be an easy task if you keep a majority of the squad and let them develop, it will be interesting to see who you bring in to speed up the process.

Best 1st Team Youngsters

Eric Dier

The already quality versatile Englishman will have a big role this season, marshalling the defence at RB or CB, or taking charge of the midfield in a DM position. With star CA already, he has a promising future.

Dele Alli

Another talented Englishman, this guy is going to be amazing now and in the future. Also with star CA, he will be a key CM this season.

Erik Lamela

Not exactly very young at 23, but the Argentinian has a point to prove after his disappointing season last season. I think this was an adjustment season, and he'll be very good this season.

Best Reserve Youngsters

Joshua Onomah

The 18 year old youngster has a big future here. Numerous teams want him on loan, but he would be rotation. Would I want to loan him out for first team, or keep him as a rotational option?

Cameron Carter-Vickers

The USA CB is one for the future. I see him going on loan, but with a max PA, he has the potentia to be brilliant here.

Kyle Walker-Peters

Another quality defender, Kyle Walker-Peters would have to push both Trippier and Kyle Walker out of the team for a chance. He definitely can do it though. Has the potential to go far.

Finances

We are looking good here! Over £100m in the bank, a £40m TB and around £300k wage room, we are looking secure over our soon to be move to New WHL.
Finally, a spurs story that is consistent (i hope) (unlike my 3). But seriously, looking forward to this. Kyle Walker peters is amazing. Will be a key player for you if given a shot.

I recommend taking a look at Marcus Edwards, Kazaiah sterling too.

If you are looking for a back up to Kane, Njie will do a good job for you, train him as a poacher and work on his finishing. 2nd season you might be able to nab up a Morata to help your troubles.
A new story from Lew! Count me in! ;)
Got a very good squad at WHL, good luck!!
Good luck!
Thanks guys for the comments! Means a lot. :)

Pre-Season + August

Pre Season

A fantastic pre-season, unbeaten and nearly 5/5 wins, but pre-season is about just maintaining players' fitness, not about results (Though they do help).

August

Simply superb! 4 games, 4 wins and a few of them were shocks! (Man Utd and Chelsea) We were superb, maintaining a solid defence and with Eriksen and Kane getting a lot of the goals, that helped!

Monthly Awards

(I won MotM, but I didn't screen it)

Some decent awards here! Eriksen with 3rd in PotM, Alli with 3rd in YPotM and me winning Manager of the Month. All looking good here.

League

We're top! Liverpool have been keeping on to us with 4 wins also though. Hopefully we can remain in this position!

Player of the Month

Christian Eriksen

He's been fantastic recently! 3 goals and 1 assist from the un-natural position of LW! Let's hope he can carry this form on to September!
Bit shocking to concede two......... ;) Only kidding, good results, good month, keep it up!
Okay can you not ruin Arsenal by removing all their good players? And how did Hector become 2nd in young player of the month while arsenal are 16th?
