Foreword: This is a side project to my Kaiserslautern save and will be updated less frequently. I plan to spend more time and effort with the updates in this story and truly create something special if possible.

Today history was made as thirty-nine year old Yoon Kyeong Soo was announced as the new manager for Major League soccer outfit the Vancouver Whitecaps.

Yoon Kyeong Soo becomes the first South Korean to manage in the league and pundits do not seem convinced with the Canadian sides new appointment, as he severely lacks any managerial experience or prowess.

Born in the Seongnam province of Seoul, Yoon was well educated and went to university in America, gifting him the ability to be bilingual as well as further opportunities in the country. The thirty-nine-year old moved back to South Korea at the age of twenty-four, but has now chosen to relocate to Vancouver for his new job.

With no experience, it will be surprising to see whether the harmony in the squad will remain under his reign, and whether the existing staff set up will work well under him. It was also confirmed today that all members of staff would continue in their roles for the club.

The South Korean, who we have been made aware will prefer to be called Yoon, or simply "Clarke", a nickname given to him in University by close friends, will meet with press tomorrow for a full length interview.
MLS stories be booming here on FM Scout!
Good luck!
