Football Manager 2016 Press Conference Glitch

Hey I just got fm 16, I have a problem, I can't do press conferences my mail pops up with conferences I have done but in reality I did not do any of them so my press conferences are being simulated automatically how to put them back to normal, any help?

I checked the responsibilities and it is assigned to me and also nothing related to persnall assistant... Pls HELP!
