After the disappointment of missing out on the Chesham job, Bobby Lee decided that maybe a stay at Keymer and Hassocks for one more season might be the best thing for his career.

Then a number of Key Players decided that their futures did not lie at the club and a mass exodus began.
First up Rob Quinn and Michael Phillips announced their retirement from football. Then;
GK Aaron Moody
RB Ben Grant
LB Sam Gore
Wingers; Matt Birley, Gary Burrell, and Danny Spendlove
and Strikers; Marco Zocchi and Matthew Mattis,
All decided their futures lied elsewhere, and all signed contracts with clubs in higher divisions.

As Bobby Lee, searched for worthwhile replacements, every player that looked even the slightest bit capable would be snatched up by semi-professional clubs and Bobby Lee realized that rebuilding this squad would be nearly impossible and a move away might just be the best option.

Then came a call from Bedfont Sports in the 9th tier of English Football. However they were another amateur club and Bobby felt this was just not a good offer as his players would just be poached once they showed the slightest bit of quality, so he turned down the offer.

Then a week later came an offer from recently relegated Ferring. It was 30 minute journey to the home of the 10th tier side ad after the interview Bobby felt pretty confident about his chances but we all know what happened last time.
A few days later he got the call that Ferring wanted his signature and he signed a contract worth a *whopping* 100 pounds per week, for his first paid job as a football manager.
