Your Dream - Your Team

So we're coming towards the end of the FM16 era and with the start of the Summer Holidays today, a lot of people will be starting a new save. The Inspiration behind this is with the current rise of Football in India, most recently with the Indian Futsal League attracting players like Ronaldinho and Paul Scholes.

I will be doing a save with Football's newest league, the Indian Super League, but this won't be an ordinary save. I will be putting a twist on this by letting YOU make the decisions within the team. You will be deciding who the team buys, who gets sold among other things as this is Your Dream - Your Team.

Progress will be slow at the start, as every team is currently under a transfer embargo for the first season to keep the teams true to real life. Obviously, we won't be pulling off world class signings, but I thought this would be a nice interactive save and give a chance for you all to impact how this save goes.

I have chosen to be Atletico de Kolkata, mainly for the tie to Atletico Madrid and because they are currently the best set up team in the league, although they are still very short on players and staff. They currently only have 9 players and 5 staff members, but have previously had players such as Luis Garcia who previously played for Liverpool.

The League is still very much in a development state so we will mainly be limited to signing older players. Also the league only runs from October to December, so we will have a lot of time to get a team together for future seasons.

Now, more of a insight on how YOU make the decisions. It will simply go down to a vote.

So for example if we needed a striker, I will post a list of players interested in joining who we can afford and then you simply decide who we sign with a majority vote. Whoever gets the most votes in a certain time period is the player we sign.

You decide everything to do with the club, so if a situation arises, I will post it here and you decide how we sort it out, everything is decided by you.

I don't know if there is a better way to make this work, I will try and improve the way it happens later on, or if you have any suggestions sent a message my way.
