Straight of the bat I have noticed that we are predicted to finish in 5th position whereas
I believe a champions league spot is achievable. After the initial emails and a browse through the squad I think we need a striker and with a budget of only 10M it might be hard to find
somebody of the right quality within my price range. I am always open to suggestions.
I am also stuck for whether I list anybody up for sale to bring in some extra funds for
players. I am going to get stuck into Pre Season before I make any decisions.
Pre Season
So far I have had an unexciting pre season and a big injury. Huntelaar has been injured for around 6 months and has damaged his crucial ligaments. I have dipped into the transfer market and replaced him with Britt Assombalonga for 7.5M and Correa on loan. Pre season has been plain. The most exiting game was us vs Inter Milan. We won 3-1, Sane with the first and Assombalonga with 2 in 4 minutes. The worst game was against Zenit when we lost 3-1. I still have 7.5M to spend and I will take any suggestions. I was thinking of Andrija Zivkovic but leave your thoughts by leaving a reply.
