1) I often see this in the Cons column (mostly younger players but some older ones too):
"doesn't see the full picture yet and could learn to play with his head up"
What attribute does this relate to or how can I remedie this.
2) Another one I often encounter is the lack in game intelligence. Any advice to train them or is it just a matter of playing them more?
3) Improving consistency and important games? Can this only be done by playing them in (important) games or is this trainable because neither of them can be theached by tutoring.
