I've been playing football manager for 8 years, since 08, although maybe not religously between about 11-14
And I am fucking dire (Am I allowed to swear?)
In pretty much every save I've ever done, I get sacked. Lets say I take over Liverpool, I buy good players, I set up respectable tactics, I have a nice pre-season. Then it gets into the games, and 10 league games in im in 16th position, having won 2 games. The teams tactic is fluid etc, just whatever I do in ANY save, and im talking probably 30+ over the years, it goes abysmally.
To give you some insight, im currently in an online career with 2 of my mates, and we gave each other large budgets to basically build dream teams. and this is the team I have as manager of liverpool

I understand the team cohesion may not be great, but I have managed for over a season now so it shouldnt be too bad.
Im 9 games in to the second season, without a win.
I just basically want to know how on earth im meant to get better at the game, ive been playing since FM08 for fuck sake, surely by now I should be able to be succesful?
