Noticed a HUGE error in the BIG REVEAL FM2017

Paused the game during the BIG REVEAL and noticed when on Nottingham Forest ( Assombalonga) it stated Nottingham Forest are under transfer embargo ...WRONG that was the season before , fm 2017 shouldn't have Forest under transfer embargo !!!

I also believe it should be fixed by final release.
But to be sure, I'll report it on the official SI forums.
