Access denied error messages

The first error message I recieve is when I load up the scout the error message i recieve is 'C://FM Genie Scout 17g\graphics.gsc' access is denied. Then when the genie scout is loadedI get an error message saying 'Access violation at 00A40717 in module FMGenieScout.exe Write of address 0000006C'. This doesn't let me actually load my save so I am unable to use the scout. Finally when I try closing the scout it wont let me saying 'C://FM Genie Scout 17g\layout.dat' access is denied

Please try to run it with administrator permissions.

I have done it doesn't help it

Please try to install it into default folder (C:\FM Genie Scout 16g).
