Newcastle - The road back and beyond.

Vision and desired strategy

Being the manager of a top team in the league gives me the desire and possibility to play dominant football. I have compiled a list of the following keypoints which I think are important:
• Play the possession
• Playing in opponents half
• Defenders high up field
• Skillful players with high passing

The formation I would like to be using is a 4-1-2-3. I prefer at least one footballing CB who has good skills and can help to build the attack in the opposite half. A special role is there for the (Right)Back. He has the instruction to play higher op the pitch so he can always be dangerous. He should be able to be an extra attacker or give an early cross towards the sixteen (A bit of like how Dani Alves used to play for Barcelona).
Also I would like to have a defensive midfielder (Like N’golo Kante) who can intercept balls and give easy passes to the creative midfielders. In attack he should be the free man behind the ball carrier.

To be continued....
I will also be doing a Newcastle Save once i receive my copy of the game tomorrow. i may use this thread to also tell of my experiences. we can compare games. looking forward too it.
