go for Maximiliano Romero from Argentina. I'm playing Sassuolo and he's my best scorer and passer in second and third season. I think he will receive the best european youngster trophy this season. I've bought him 4 millions € (don't exactly know in pounds but it's quite the same I think) in the second season (17-18).
